Abilifly support Services

Abilifly Support Services provides disability support services across areas including personal care, household tasks, social and community participation, support coordination, accommodation assistance and supported independent living.

The project focused on redesigning and rebuilding the Abilifly website into a clearer and more approachable platform for people looking for disability support services.

The goal wasn't simply to make the website look better. The information needed to be organised in a way that made sense, the services needed to be easier to understand, and visitors needed clearer paths to find what they were looking for and get in touch.

Because Abilifly offers a wide range of services, one of the main challenges was presenting that information without making the website feel overwhelming.

The website needed to work for people who may be visiting for very different reasons, while still making the overall business easy to understand. I focused on creating a consistent structure across the pages so visitors could move naturally from learning about Abilifly and its services to deciding what they wanted to do next.

I approached the project mainly as a website structure and communication problem.

I worked on how the services were presented, how the pages were organised and how calls to action were placed throughout the site.

Visually, I kept the design relatively straightforward. The aim was to give Abilifly a professional website while still keeping the experience approachable and human. The existing business identity informed the colours, typography and overall direction rather than introducing a completely unrelated visual style.

I handled the website design and development in WordPress, including the page layouts, responsive behaviour, typography, colour application, service sections, calls to action and supporting website elements.

The result was a more organised website that gave the different parts of Abilifly's service offering a clearer place within the overall website.
