Efint Consulting
EFINT Consulting operates across several professional areas, including migration, education and training, business and management, economics, agriculture and healthcare support.
The challenge was therefore not simply to create a website for one particular service. The website needed to bring several different areas of expertise together while still making sense to someone arriving with a very specific need.
Someone looking for migration advice may have very little interest in the company's business or economic consulting services. At the same time, an organisation looking for consulting support needs to understand that EFINT offers more than migration-related services.
I focused on making the website more service-led and easier to navigate, with the aim of helping visitors quickly understand what EFINT does and identify the area that is relevant to them.
The website structure was influenced by a few simple questions a prospective client is likely to have: What do you need help with? Which EFINT service is relevant to you? What does the company actually do? And what should you do next?
This shaped the homepage hierarchy, service categorisation, calls to action and supporting content throughout the website.
I designed and developed the website with an emphasis on clarity, credibility and service discovery. The interface uses a structured visual hierarchy to separate EFINT's different consulting areas while keeping a consistent identity across the website.
I also worked on responsive layouts and reusable page structures so the different service areas could maintain a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
The result was a website that gave EFINT's different areas of expertise a clearer place within the overall business, without making the company appear to be focused on only one service.
